Residents of Merrimack are hereby advised that the Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider the acceptance and authorization to expend a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency of up to $152,250 (estimated) to defray the costs associated with the October snow storm, pursuant to Charter Article 8-15 and RSA 31:95-b. These funds are unanticipated revenues to the Town. All interested parties are invited to attend. The public
hearing will be held on Thursday, April 19, at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 8 Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack.
