98 Percent of Premium Outlets Stores Leased

The Merrimack Premium Outlets released their latest update of site progress today. With eyes on the opening date of June 14, all continues to remain on track, according to the report and the stores are now 98 percent full.

Other progress at the Premium Outlets site, according to the April 11 release includes:

• Interior fit up of buildings continues, as these spaces are completed with
  sheetrock and lighting, tenants will begin to move in. Currently over 12 tenants are currently fitting up their stores.
• Walkways in front the stores are being installed.
• The completion of offsite road work will begin within a few weeks.
• Major remaining on site work includes: construction of southeast parking lot, two drainage ponds, and continued landscaping installation, final paving and site signage.
