ARREST LOG: Teen Arrested Twice in 3 Days

The following arrest information was supplied by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Manchester teenager was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 10 after turning himself into Manchester Police on a warrant out of Merrimack for stealing a dirt bike from a London Court resident in August.

Joseph Kinney, 17, of 44 Rimmon St., Manchester, was charged with felony theft by unauthorized taking for the incident, which was reported to authorities on Aug. 24, police say.

Kinney is accused of stealng a Kawasaki KLX110 from a carport at the apartment complex, police say.

He was arrested and transported to the where he was processed and placed on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He was ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Oct. 4

Kinney was also arrested on Thursday, Sept. 8 for possession of marijuana after police located a group of suspicious teens in the woods on Center Street around 3:30 p.m.. While talking with the teens, police say they determined Kinney was in possession of a small quantity of the drug. Kinney's address in the arrest record from Thursday was listed as 12 Tamworth Lane, Merrimack. He was taken to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

On Tuesday, Sept. 6, Christopher Thorhauer, 17, of Cambridge Drive, Merrimack, was arrested for domestic simple assault and criminal mischief. According to police, they responded to Cambridge Drive for a 911 hangup. There they said they determined that Thorhauer had assaulted a resident there and damaged property within the house. He was taken to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He will be arraigned in Merrimack's district court on Sept. 27.

Earlier this summer, Thorhauer was arrested for felony-level criminal mischief after police say they found video phone footage of the teen "damaging town property” owned by the Naticook Lake Association, police say.

Kenneth Osborne, 51, of 1 Old Nashua Road, Amherst, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 7, for reckless driving and unreasonable speed, resulting from a motorcycle crash on Route 101A on Aug. 1. An investigation into the accident determined that Osborne's accident was caused by speed and the manner in which the motorcycle was being operated, police say. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's District Court on Sept. 27.

Camila Faria-Pereira, 28, of 2 Sapling Circle, Nashua, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 8 for operating without a valid license after police stopped her for defective equipment near the Merrimack Fire Deparment. This was Faria-Pereira's second offense. She was taken to Merrimack Police Department where she was processed and released on $750 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment in Merrimack's district court on Sept. 27.

Joseph Pasquarosa, 18, of 5 Rose Lane, Merrimack, was arrested on Sept. 5 for violating bail conditions set by a judge following a previous arrest for possession of a controlled substance. Police say Pasquarosa missed curfew imposed as part of those bail conditions. He was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections in lieu of $500 cash bail and was to be arraigned in Merrimack's district court on Sept. 6.
