Monday, Sept. 5, 2011

1:38 a.m.: Criminal mischief reported on Camp Sargent Road. A car window was smashed.

3:27 a.m.: Arrested Randall Hambleton, 38, of 48 Bush Hill Road in Hudson, on an electronic bench warrant for simple assault, a misdemeanor and an electronic bench warrant for simple assault, a violation.

1 p.m.: Arrested Joseph Pasquarosa, 18, of 5 Rose Lane, Merrimack, for breach of bail conditions.

2:46 p.m.: Subjects found trespassing on posted property on Lantern Lane.

4:26 p.m.: A Penny Lane resident reports a rabid fox in their yard.

5:32 p.m.: An Amherst Road resident reports hearing gunshots.

7:12 p.m.: Report of a dog that had been hit by a car that left the scene on Joppa Road at Timber Lane.

7:46 p.m.: Arrested Melissa Gutierrez, 25, of 46 Wilson Hill Road, Merrimack, for negligent homicide, child endangerment and an electronic bench warrant out of Nashua District Court.

8:34 p.m.: Report of a stink bomb set off in a garage on Erik Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011

7:03 a.m.: A Sentry Way resident reports a cat attacked her.

8:10 a.m.: Report of a theft of a tailgate on Daniel Webster Highway.

10:38 a.m.: Report of credit card fraud on Route 101A.

12:27 p.m.: Report of possible gunshots in the area on Wire Road.

2:19 p.m.: Theft of a small tree reported on Lakeside Drive.

3:21 p.m.: Report of a possible theft of speakers on Mill Street.

4:07 p.m.: Responded with the fire department to a propane tank leak on Daniel Webster Highway.

4:37 p.m.: Fairway Drive resident reports problems involving neighbor's chickens.

Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011

12:45 p.m.: Assisted Nashua Police on Route 101A in locating a person.

1:08 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident at the intersection of Baboosic Lake and South Baboosic Lake roads. No injury was reported. Drivers were Bruce Sheridan and Tyler Martell, both of Merrimack.

2:34 p.m.: Arrested Kenneth Osborne, 51, of 1 Old Nashua Road, Merrimack, for reckless driving and unreasonable speed resulting in a motorcycle accident on Route 101A in August.

4:50 p.m.: Arrested George Barry, 17, of 5 Woodbury St., Merrimack, for prowling.

5:58 p.m.: A storm drain cover was reported missing on Suncook Terrace.

10:30 p.m.: Arrested Shawn McGuinness, 54, of 21 Bedford St., Nashua, for simple assault
