Merrimack Rotary Announces July 4th Family Fun Day and Seeks Sponsorships

MERRIMACK, NH -- The Rotary Club of Merrimack is pleased to announce the Merrimack Rotary July 4th Family Fun Day at the James Mastricola Upper Elementary School recreational fields on Friday, July 4, 2014. Details

The Rotary Club and Town of Merrimack will provide family entertainment from noon until dusk including kids’ entertainment, games, bounce rides, food and refreshments, and other activities. Some of the special events planned include:

·         Basketball Free Throw

·         Three Legged Races

 

"The Merrimack Rotary July 4th Family Fun Day is a joy to plan and host," said Steve Russell, coordinator of Family Fun Day, "but it is only made possible with the generous contributions from members of the community. The Rotary Club of Merrimack requests community sponsorships in order to provide a fun-filled day of family entertainment. Contributions can be made by check and
through PayPal on the web site: www.Merrimack4th.com."

Sponsorships available are as follows:

·         $1,500 - Event signs all week before the 4th and all day of the 4th; name/company on placemat for Pancake Breakfast; included in press release and web site;

·         $1,000 - Entertainment Stage Sponsor; all day of the 4th above stage; name/company on placemat for pancake breakfast; included in press release and website;

·         $500 - Pancake Breakfast Sponsor; on display during the 4th; name/company on placemats, mentioned in press release and web site;

·         $500 - Arts & Crafts Competition Tent Sponsor; on tent for the 4th, name/company on placemat; mention in press release and web site;

·         $500 - Food Competition Tent Sponsor; on tent for the 4th, name/company on placemat; mention in press release and web site;

·         $250 - Dining Tent Sponsors; on tent for the 4th, name/company on placemat; mention in press release and web site;

·         $250 - Kids Entertainment Sponsors All day on the 4th on sign next to small stage; name/company on placemat; mentioned in press release and web site;

·         $250 - Bounce House, Dunk Tank, other fun stuff; all day on the 4th on sign next to activity, name/company on placemat, mentioned in press release and web site;

·         $100 - Gold Sponsors; on placemat at pancake breakfast;

·         $50 - Silver Sponsor: on placemat at pancake breakfast;

·         $25 - Bronze Sponsor: on placemat at pancake breakfast;

·         $10 - Kid Sponsors: on placemat at pancake breakfast.

Founded in 1971, the Rotary Club of Merrimack is a volunteer organization of business people and professionals supporting the community. Merrimack Rotary projects have included the Roger Duhamel Pavilion at Watson Park, scholarships, reconstruction of Kids' Kove Playground, support for Merrimack flood relief, the Merrimack July Fourth festivities, the Rotary 4-Way Speech Contest, Interact Club, lighting at Reeds Ferry fields and more.
