Heavy Snow to Hit New Hampshire Wednesday Night

Winter weather warning in effect beginning at 7 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a warning for a large winter storm expected to hit after 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Forecasters are anticipating heavy snow accumulating from 10 to 14 inches through early Thursday.

The morning commute is likely to be impacted with hazardous and slippery driving conditions on untreated and/or unplowed surfaces, and visibility may drop to a quarter mile or less during the heavier parts of the storm.

Winds are forecasted from 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph, and temperatures will be in the upper 20s.
