Police have announced they are making an arrest today in the armed robbery of Merrimack's TD Bank branch on Aug. 21.
The suspect, who was shown in surveillance images and video wielding a shotgun and aiming it in the direction the tellers is expected to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today in the 9th Circuit Court-Merrimack District.
