After a crazy holiday season, relax and unwind with friends at The Saffron Bistro on Monday, January 28, as the restaurant hosts their 5th annual dinner to benefit the Humane Society for Greater Nashua (HSFN). The dinner begins at 6pm and will include a salad and stations featuring three gourmet entrees and sides, dessert, and coffee too. A cash bar will also be available. Tickets are $65 per person and include tax and gratuity. Best of all a portion of each ticket sold directly benefits the shelter’s pets. HSFN is the second busiest shelter in the state of New Hampshire and fundraisers like this enable us to provide food, shelter, and medical care to over 2,500 pets every year.
The menu for the benefit dinner includes a mixed organic greens salad and entrée choices including pan roasted salmon with lemon dill sauce, crispy Parmesan chicken breast with fire roasted tomatoes and herb ricotta spread, and Portobello stuffed mushrooms with a savory brioche and roasted vegetable stuffing and melted fontina cheese. Also included are gourmet sides and a delicious strawberry shortcake for dessert.
Tickets are on sale now! Those attending will also have a chance to win many great raffle items, including a Kindle Fire HD! Again all proceeds will help the pets awaiting adoption. Tickets can be purchased by calling the shelter at (603) 889-BARK (2275) ext. 35 or emailing email@example.com Tickets are also available at The Saffron Bistro on 80 Main St. in downtown Nashua.
