Merrimack, NH:  The
Merrimack High School Football Program started selling this year’s Tomahawk
Value Card on Saturday, August 17th.
The Value Card sale, which is the program’s largest fundraiser, is
conducted under the auspices of the Merrimack High School Quarterback Club, the
booster club for MHS football and will conclude on Sunday, October 6th.

The cards, which are available for $10.00 each from MHS
football players, contain discount offers from the following participating
merchants:  Buckley’s Great Steaks, Campers Inn, Domino’s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Frozurt,
Instant Ambition, Jade Dragon, Merrimack Auto Center, Merrimack Ten Pin, Modern
Nails, Pacific Fusion, Pet’s Choice, The Pizza Kitchen,
and SuperDogs Daycare.  Tomahawk Value Cards will be valid through
September 2014 and are re-usable over and over for maximum savings; the cost of
each card can easily be made up with the first few uses.  Typical merchant offerings include
percent-off purchases or buy one, get something free, and reflect a wide
variety of goods and services we use all the time.

Proceeds from the Value Card sales are used to cover
football-related expenses not provided for by school district monies, such as
non-funded equipment purchases, a $1000 scholarship for a scholar/athlete,
varsity jackets for qualifying players and a year-end Award Banquet for players
and their families.

Look for jersey-clad football players outside local stores,
or expect a call or e-mail from an MHS football player who knows you and who
will arrange to provide you with cards for your entire family!
