4th of July Updates - 7/2

4TH OF JULY UPDATE: 7/2/14 @ 11:40 am

We have received several inquiries about the status of the July 3rd Concert, the 4th of July Parade, Family Fun Day and Fireworks.

July 3rd:
For the July 3rd Concert we will be making a decision by 11:00 am tomorrow whether the Concert will be held at Abbie Griffin Park or whether we will move it to the Cafetorium at the High School. Either way there will be a July 3rd Concert.

July 4th:
The Family Fun Day and the 4th of July Parade will be held as scheduled on July 4th. These are rain or shine events and we do not have the option to reschedule them to another date.

Fireworks:
We are watching the weather very closely regarding the fireworks. We will be making a decision first thing on Friday morning as to whether they will be held as scheduled or postponed. If they are postponed, they would be rescheduled for Sunday, July 6th.
