  • 4:29 a.m.: Arrested Robert Trepanier, 30, of 540 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, on charges of burglary and criminal trespass.
  • 4:36 p.m.: Responded to Baboosic Lake Road for a two-vehicle accident. Drivers were Chao Lin and Zachary Goulet, both of Merrimack.
  • 4:56 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway at Harris Avenue for a two-vehicle accident. Drivers were Kevin McMahon of Milford and John Abagis of Merrimack.
  • 5:55 p.m.: Responded to Route 101A for a two-car accident. Drivers were Joseph Kann of Bedford and Kristen Scadova of Merrimack.
  • 9:11 p.m.: Responded to Route 101A for a reported accident with unknown injury. No further information was provided.
  • 11:05 p.m.: Arrested Kyle Labrie, 19, of 611 Rimmon St., Manchester, on charges of criminal liability and receiving stolen property.
  • 11:07 p.m.: Responded to Greeley Street at the F.E. Everett Turnpike for a two-vehicle accident. Drivers were Linda Palmer of Milford and Shawn Ballio of Merrimack.
  • 11:25 p.m.: Arrested Shawn Ballio, 42, of 10 Camp Sargent Road, Merrimack, on charges of driving while intoxicated and DWI per se.

Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013

  • 10:58 a.m.: Took a person into protective custody for an alcohol-related offense on Daniel Webster Highway.
  • 11:34 a.m.: Took a person into protective custody for an alcohol-related offense on Daniel Webster Highway.
  • 12:27 p.m.: Arrested Cassandra Brown, 22, of 37 Naticook Road, Merrimack, on a warrant for shoplifting.
  • 8:26 p.m.: Responded to Sundale Drive for an accident with a parked car. Driver was Peter Shields of Merrimack.
