COP LOG: Police Make 3 Aggravated DWI Arrests in 2 Days

Friday, Sept. 20, 2013

  • 2:02 a.m.: Arrested Rigoberto Saaverda, 25, of 117 Palm St., Apt. B, Nashua, on charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and license required.
  • 3:41 a.m.: Responded mutual aid to Nashua for station coverage during a two-alarm fire. 
  • 7:53 a.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two car accident. Drivers were Karin Raaberg of Mont Vernon and Lynn Mesquita of Manchester.
  • 7:56 a.m.: Responded to Industrial Drive at Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car accident. Drivers were Seth Brady of Hancock and Craig Sarraf of Amherst.
  • 8:01 a.m.: Arrested Joseph Lebaron, 33, of 7 Deerwood Drive, Merrimack, on charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and conduct after an accident.
  • 12:18 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two car accident. Drivers were Judith Sweeney of Keene and Chelsey Maslowski of Merrimack.
  • 5:04 p.m.: Stolen iPad reported on Route 101A.

Saturday, Aug. 21, 2013

  • 2:10 a.m.: Responded to Route 101A to check on a man in the middle of the road.
  • 8:26 a.m.: Report of a bear in a backyard on Boston Post Road.
  • 9:53 a.m.: Responded to Stearns Lane for a report of items missing from a storage unit.
  • 10:45 a.m.: Arrested Joyce Anderson, 54, of 18 Springfield Drive, Merrimack, on charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and open container.
  • 10:45 a.m.: Arrested Ricardo Sousa, 33, of 34 Cota Road, Merrimack, on six counts of sexual assault and witness tampering.
  • 2:26 p.m.: Complaint of loud music on Peaslee Road.
  • 4:30 p.m.:   Responded to Continental Boulevard for a two car accident. Drivers were Theresa Poirier of Rocky Hill, Conn. and George Munnis of Merrimack.
  • 4:32 p.m.:  Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two car accident. Drivers were Carolyn Webb of Hopkinton and Coleman Marcus of Merrimack.
