COP LOG: Woman Charged With 2nd DUI After Accident

The following information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicated a conviction.

Friday, Aug. 23, 2013

  • 12:50 a.m.: Arrested Jason White, 17, of  53 Wellington Hill Road, Manchester, on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.
  • 12:52 a.m.: Arrested Jake Bamford, 17, of 285 Eve St., Manchester, on charges of aggravated operating under the influence (on an OHRV) and possession of drugs.
  • 11:42 a.m.: Report of credit card fraud on Daniel Webster Highway.
  • 3:19 p.m.: Three juveniles spotted hitchhiking on Naticook Road.
  • 4:47 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car accident. Drivers were Kaitlin Dewitt of Hooksett an Nicholas Busby of Merrimack. No injuries were reported.
  • 9:33 p.m.: Noise complaint on Brek Drive.
  • 10:25 p.m.: Report of a dog bite on Middlesex Road. 

Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013

  • 9:13 a.m.: Responded to a grill fire reported on Winchester Drive.
  • 1 p.m.: Ammunition case found on Independence Drive.
  • 1:42 p.m.: Report of a dog left in a vehicle at the Merrimack Premium Outlets.
  • 3:11 p.m.: Domesticated rabbit found on Greeley Street.
  • 4:58 p.m.: Report of a dog left in a vehicle at the Merrimack Premium Outlets.
  • 5:08 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Continental Boulevard at Industrial Drive. Drivers were Rodney Decarteret of Hudson and Patricia Jones of Nashua.
  • 5:50 p.m.: Arrested Patricia Jones, 56, of 32 Paul Ave., Nashua, on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated a second offense.
  • 9:07 p.m.: Fireworks complaint on Naticook Road at Wasserman Heights.
  • 11:43 p.m.: Responded to Gail Road for an auto/pedestrian accident.
