Driver Stopped for Speeding Faces OUIL Charge

The charges stemmed from a traffic stop on Daniel Webster Highway.

Merrimack police said a driver stopped for speeding on July 12 was also charged with operating under the influence, second offense.

Police said Trace Letourneau, 40, of 488 Francestown Road, New Boston, was charged after being pulled over on Daniel Webster Highway.

Letourneau was placed on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and he is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on July 24 to answer to the charges.
