DWI Charge After Fast Food Drive-thru

Merrimack police said officers were called to Burger King for a report of an impaired driver.

Merrimack police responding to Burger King for a report of an intoxicated driver at the drive-thru ended up arrested a 20-year-old man for operating under the influence July 13.

Police said Jackson King, 20, of 6 Hassell Road, Merrimack, was also charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol and operating under the influence of liquor per-se.

King was placed on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and he is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on July 22 to answer to the charges.
