Man Arrested for Causing Dangerous Situation on D.W. Highway

Nashua man was charged with reckless conduct for his actions.

A Nashua man was arrested Thursday, Nov. 29, for causing a dangerous situation on Daniel Webster Highway when he passed a car and then intentionally slammed on his brakes right in front of the car he'd passed, Merrimack Police say.

Franmy Rosario, 21, of 42 W. Hollis St., Nashua, was charged with reckless conduct for his actions. 

Police say they were called to the Citgo Station, 392 Daniel Webster Highway, around 8:30 p.m. for a reported domestic situation.

After a brief investigation, they arrested Rosario who was held at the Hillsborough County House of Correction, also known as Valley Street Jail, on $1,500 cash bail. He was scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 30 in Merrimack district court.
