Man Charged in Theft of Coach Purses

The following information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Manchester man is facing charges related to an incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlets in which police say three Coach purses were stolen.

Kyle Labrie, 19, of 611 Rimmon St., Unit 3, Manchester, was charged with receiving stolen property and criminal liability for the conduct of another.

According to Merrimack Police, Labrie was arrested on Dec. 7 on a warrant for the incident that they began investigation Oct. 29.

Labrie allegedly assisted an accomplice
who stole three coach purses from the store by carrying the items to a vehicle and transporting the accomplice, and the stolen merchandise, from the mall property. Labrie was placed on $3,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before Merrimack district court on Jan. 14 to answer to the charges.
