Merrimack Man Faces Second Stalking Charge

Jason Trythall faces a felony charge for the May 4 arrest.

Jason Trythall, 29, of 15 Harris Avenue, Merrimack, was arrested May 4 by Nashua Police, charged with domestic violence: stalking, a class B felony.

At about 4:05 p.m. Nashua Police  received a report of a violation of a domestic violence protective order alleging Trythall had communicated with a female that was known to him, a violation of an active court order. Additionally, it was learned that Trythall had been previously convicted of domestic violence: stalking, making this arrest a second offense, Class B Felony.

Trythall was arrested in Merrimack. He was held without bail at the Nashua Police Department pending his arraignment on May 7 in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division - Nashua. A class B Felony is punishable by one to seven years imprisonment exclusive of fines.
