R.I. Man Indicted for Theft, Londonderry Man for Burglary

An indictment is not an indication of guilt but rather a grand jury's determination that there is enough evidence to move a case toward trial.

Jacob Dorbor, a Rhode Island man accused of theft after Sak's Fifth Avenue's OFF 5th outlet store, was indicted in July on one count of theft in the May 27 incident where it is alleged he and two other men stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the store at the Merrimack Premium Outlets.

Dorbor, 21, of 10 Harriet St., Providence, R.I., faces up to 3½ to 7 years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines if convicted of the class B felony charge.

Dorbor was arrested along with Edwin Espinal, 20, of 136 Clarence St., Providence, R.I., after they, and another man, attempted to elude a loss prevention officer, mall security and police on Memorial Day. The third man got away and was possibly headed to Rhode Island, where police believed he may live.
