Snow Leads to Slick Roads, Crashes, Postponement Of Holiday Parade

One town even decided to postpone its holiday parade due to the poor weather conditions.

Numerous accidents were reported across Southern New Hampshire after light snow coated area roads early Sunday morning.

Crashes were reported on Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack, in the area of the Little Bay Bridge in Newington, on Interstate 93 in Manchester and Londonderry and on Route 101 in Raymond. Bedford Police also reported icy road conditions on Route 101 in the area of Wallace Road.

The Town of Merrimack also postponed its annual Holiday Parade until next Sunday due to the poor weather conditions.
