Merrimack Men Indicted for Attempted Burglary
The Hillsborough Superior Court submitted the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Trevor Dinneen, 20, of Wire Road in Merrimack, and Cody Hoemke, 18, of Drouin Way in Merrimack, were indicted on a felony attempted burglary charge.
Prosecutors allege that Dinneen, along with Hoemke, allegedly tried to gain entry through a door at a residence on Bel Air Avenue on May 8, which under the circumstances as he believed them to be, constituted a substantial step toward the commission of said crime, according to a grand jury.
They both face Class B special felony charges with a sentence of three and a half to seven years in prison and a $4,000 fine.
