Merrimack Office, Retail Complex Approved

ConvenientMD will occupy the larger building, but the second building doesn't have any tenants yet.

A new office and retail complex was approved Tuesday by the Merrimack Planning Board.

The board voted 7-0 to approve a subdivision and site plan review for the 4 Dobson Way development. Plans call for the construction of a one-story, 5,044-square-foot medical office building and a one-story, 3,000-square-foot retail commercial building.

Community Development Director Timothy J. Thompson said the medical building will be occupied by ConvenientMD, an urgent care facility. The retail building doesn't have any tenants yet.

Thompson said the site is currently vacant, and is adjacent to the outparcel that contains the liquor store, Radio Shack and the Sweet Ginger Thai restaurant.
